Do you have permission to delete Deliverables?
If you do not have permission to delete deliverables then you will not get "Delete" option in further actions.
Only administrator can control Roles and Permissions.
Is there any files which are already trasnmitted in Deliverable?
Deliverable module is recommended for transmitting files which are finalized or very important and you need to keep track of the delivery.
So you can not delete deliverable if there are files which are already transmitted either by physical or digital transmission.
