HUB shows you the timesheets which are not created by you in "My Not Created" saved filter. Same way, you can see the timesheets which are not created by other users in "Others Not Created" saved filter. "Others Not Created" filter is only available to Admin users.

Redbracket HUB system does not show the not created/missing timesheets of holidays and weekly offs which you have entered in timesheet settings. So you can not see the timesheets of holidays and weekly offs either in "My Not Created" or "Others Not Created" saved filters.

Let us see how the system is considering selected weekly offs and holidays as not working days.

In below example, you can see Saturday, Sunday are week offs and we set all weekly off days and holidays in timesheet settings.
You can see the system is not showing the timesheets of the weekly off days ( 18-Apl-20 and 19-Apl-20 ) in "My Not Created" saved filter.

Same way, it does not show the timesheets of holidays which you have entered in timesheet settings.

You must have admin access privileges to manage weekly offs and holidays list.

Where can I see and create the timesheets which are not yet created by me?

You can see the timesheets which are not created yet in "My Not Created" saved filter and you can create those timesheets from same page as shown in below example.
