You can add a contact member in multiple projects at a time with specific role. You can also filter and selects projects by properties like client name, project manager, project type and project status.

Follow the below steps to add a contact in multiple projects at once:
Go to Contacts module.
Click on Add to Project Team in contact action menu.
Next, select the role from the drop down list.
Select the projects where you want to add the contact. You can use the search and filter options to search projects based on property value.

If user is already added in any one of the selected project with any role then system will ignore it and add that user in other selected projects automatically.
Finally, click on Add button.

The team member will be able to access and work on the information as per the permissions given in the role.
